I have enjoyed countless of rounds of twenty-one. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of funds at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to defeat the house.

I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This method is based on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can say good-bye to a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.

Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet

Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original $10 wager

Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of $40

Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $40 bet

Bet 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80

Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first $80 bet

Bet eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 bet

If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
